rCC

community center by architect Marc Northstar

Proposed in San Francisco, the rosa Community Center (rCC) redefines what a civic space can be. Designed as an open, inclusive destination for all generations, rCC welcomes dogs, children, seniors, youth, and families into a shared environment centered on wellbeing, culture, and connection.

unconventional innovative design of community center

rCC dissolves the boundary between inside and outside. Contemporary architecture unfolds into roof gardens, open courtyards, and expansive terraces where daily life flows naturally between landscape and structure. Sunlit interior spaces connect seamlessly to outdoor piazzas, creating an experience that is both intimate and grand.
