rCC
Proposed in San Francisco, the rosa Community Center (rCC) redefines what a civic space can be. Designed as an open, inclusive destination for all generations, rCC welcomes dogs, children, seniors, youth, and families into a shared environment centered on wellbeing, culture, and connection.
rCC dissolves the boundary between inside and outside. Contemporary architecture unfolds into roof gardens, open courtyards, and expansive terraces where daily life flows naturally between landscape and structure. Sunlit interior spaces connect seamlessly to outdoor piazzas, creating an experience that is both intimate and grand.
The center integrates:
Open-air courts and landscaped plazas
Roof gardens and walkable green surfaces
Tennis courts and aquatic facilities
Climbing walls and active recreation zones
An outdoor amphitheater
A large civic piazza
Interior retail terraces featuring curated global cuisines — from French patisseries to Japanese dining
Flexible rentable community spaces for events, workshops, and performances
