Road Classic

This project reimagines the Chevrolet Impala 1969 as a cultural artifact rather than mere transportation. Through a full-body painted intervention — extending from interior to exterior — the vehicle’s industrial uniformity is disrupted and redefined.

Layered surface treatments introduce narrative, symbolism, and personal authorship, transforming the mass-produced object into a singular work of art. The Impala becomes sculpture in motion — a spatial experience that merges automotive culture with contemporary visual language.

Executed in Marc Northstar’s signature style, the piece asserts the automobile not only as machine, but as identity, canvas, and moving architecture.
